Counselling and EMDR Therapy may not be suitable for everyone, and if it seems that you need more specialised support, I will recommend a referral if medical assistance is necessary.

I provide a confidential service unless in my judgment you became a risk to yourself or others, I would need to seek professional advice. This will only be done with your full knowledge.

I am a member of both the EMDR Association UK and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and I adhere to their Ethical Framework and professional conduct procedures.
