    What happens in counselling?


    In counselling, the aim is to help you gain a clearer understanding of the issues that are concerning or troubling you. As your counsellor, my role is to offer support and understanding, providing a non-judgmental space where you can openly discuss your thoughts and feelings.

     

    I will honour your values, choices, and lifestyle throughout our sessions. Through our work together, I can assist you in exploring your emotions and uncovering the underlying causes of what may be troubling or confusing you.
